Job summary

Kunskapsskolan Eduventures in Gurgaon is seeking an Admission Counsellor to manage the admissions process for new students and enhance parent experiences during campus visits. The ideal candidate should understand the IB curriculum and support the school’s admissions goals.

You will oversee data management, organize campus visits, and coordinate with leadership for final admissions decisions. A postgraduate degree with 3+ years in education or related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate/Graduate with at least 3 years of experience in Education, Sales & Marketing, or Hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen and upgrade the school's vision, values, and philosophy.
• Execute end-to-end admission processes with SOPs, parent engagement, student connections, and ERPs.
• Conduct presentations and guided tours of the school premises and respond to queries.
• Facilitate leadership interactions for final stages of admissions.
• Ensure adherence to school policies and standards in admission processes.
• Plan and organize activities to increase enrollments, brand enhancement, and promotional events.
• Maintain student enrollment data, analyze and share reports with stakeholders; process transfer certificates when needed.

Job Role:

Admission Counsellor

Location:

Sector 70A, Gurgaon

Objective:

To facilitate the admissions process for all new admissions to the school, to oversee the overall impact of parent experiences when visiting the campus, and to provide administrative support to ensure effective academic best practices in the school. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum.

Qualifications:

Postgraduate/Graduate with at least 3 years of experience in the Education/ Sales & Marketing / Hospitality Industry.

Responsibilities

Student Admissions and Administration

• Strengthening and upgrading the vision, values, and philosophy of the school.
• To ensure end-to-end execution of the Admission process in accordance with school policies and standards. This includes the creation of SOPs, Parent Engagement, Students connect, and maintenance of ERPs and other relevant platforms.
• Execute presentations and guided tours of the school premises and respond to queries.
• Facilitate leadership interactions for the final stages of admissions.
• To ensure end-to-end execution of the Admission process per school policies and standards.

Event Management:

• To plan and organize activities to increase enrollments, brand enhancement, and promotional events.

Data Management and Report Writing:

• Maintain all relevant data of student enrollment on students data management system and files.
• To analyse and share reports with the Stakeholders at regular intervals.
• Arrange for the issue of transfer certificates in all cases of withdrawal, after overseeing the completion of the No Objection form and clearance of all dues etc.

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with admissions software is a plus.
