Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in Admission Counselling, Education Sales, Inside Sales, Career Counselling, or Student Recruitment.
• Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Candiates based in or willing to commute to Gurugram.

Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and working professionals on suitable programmes and career pathways.
• Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, databases, referrals, and digital enquiries.
• Clearly communicate programme structure, eligibility, fees, certifications, and career relevance.
• Conduct consistent follow-ups and handle candidate objections effectively.
• Achieve assigned monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Experience: 1–4 Years CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA + Performance Incentives

Who Are We Looking For?
