As part of this role, you will guide prospective students from initial interest to registering for the NSET entrance test through clear communication and structured follow‑ups. For candidates who clear our admissions process and receive an offer, you will conduct high‑quality phone and video conversations, understand each family’s academic and financial considerations, and help them evaluate why our client is the right fit as they decide on their next steps. You will guide applicants from the point of offer to their final decision through disciplined follow‑ups, accurate information, and a supportive, solution‑oriented approach. You will be trained to manage diverse parent personas, handle objections confidently, and maintain clarity and consistency in every interaction.

Targets, Reporting & Internal Coordination
  • Achieve defined goals across test registrations, offer to acceptance conversions, refunds, and overall enrollment numbers.
  • Share concise daily updates with the Team Lead on funnel movement, blockers, and any support required for specific families.
  • Flag complex cases early to the Team Lead (deadline extensions, academic queries, parent concerns, etc.) for alignment and support.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and academic teams by providing accurate, timely information for smoother end‑to‑end student handling.
Parent–Student Experience
  • Build trust through mature, grounded, and empathetic conversations that reflect high communication standards.
  • Handle sensitive or high‑stakes moments - offer acceptance, fee deadlines, comparison concerns - with composure and clarity.
  • Conduct campus tours or virtual counseling sessions for families requiring deeper clarity before decision‑making.
  • Maintain QA, tonality, and accuracy benchmarks consistently, ensuring every family receives a premium admissions experience.
