An Administrator at an Audi Dealership acts as a resource that is responsible for the upkeep of the Audi facility & ensuring all infrastructure is maintained as per Audi Standards

Primary Responsibility

Maintain Showroom & Service Center Ambience

All the signage including the dealership name to be clear from outside

Ensure all showroom display vehicles are displayed in a proper lay-out (as recommended by Audi India)

Ensure cleanliness of display vehicles & test drive vehicles by maintaining the showroom vehicle & test drive vehicle cleaning checklist

Ensure that there is sufficient walking space and no obstacles blocking the way in the showroom & service center

Ensure the cleanliness of facility is as per Audi Standards

Train Support Staff

Train the security & support staff to provide service to the customers as per Audi Standards

IT Infrastructure Maintenance

Ensure that all IT team always maintains the IT infrastructure so that no business suffers due malfunctioning/non - functioning of IT applications

Maintain Vendor relationships

Maintain relationships with all vendors so that all requirements/work are completed in quick time and on priority basis but at no extra cost

Maintain vendor contracts so that all staff/resources required is always available
