Research reconciliation discrepancies on IBOR, ABOR and OMS in a timely manner and assist in resolution. Adherence to established SLAs and KPIs, effective and timely communication / escalation with both internal and external stakeholders. Accurate and timely processing of cash flows onto respective IBOR and OMS. Monitor cash levels on assigned portfolios to report any overdrawn accounts. Assist team members in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing reconciliation reports.
