If you're looking for challenging work, intelligent colleagues, and exposure across a global footprint, come explore your potential at Invesco.# **Job Description*** Review and Reconcile accounts across Fixed Income & Equity SMA accounts/portfolios, including corporate bonds, municipals, treasuries, Equities, and structured products.* Perform Client level reconciliation for Cash & Positions between Invesco Portfolio account systems and relevant various Custodian accounts.* Collaborate with Traders, Portfolio Managers, Brokers and custodians to resolve trade discrepancies.* Proactively contribute ideas and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.* Monitor and report the cash and position discrepancies in a timely manner to the trading desk.* Research/Resolve of various corporate actions discrepancies like stock split, Refunding, spin-off, bonus etc.* Identify & resolve individual account discrepancies accurately and efficiently, to ensure systems are ready for trading.* Reviewing and identifying items in the Trade Operations & Middle Office Reconciliation Global mailbox* Create Procedures & Ensure they are up to date monthly.* Proactively identify potential operational risks, suggest mitigation strategy to manager and lead the implementation of the agreed upon mitigation strategy* Review and Ensure all the e-mails in the Global mailbox are routed properly and all the items are handled correctly and accurately.* Responsible for helping/Guiding the team members to prioritize the work and to do the Job on their own.* Ensure timely completion of critical end-of-day reports (e.g., trade allocations, files saving, email handling).* Foster a communicative and collaborative team environment.* Demonstrate visibility and leadership in process management and team building.* Must be willing to work full-time night shifts to support global operations - USA.* Flexibility to provide support during overtime and off-hours as business needs arise.* Participation in Business Continuity and Recovery testing, as required and scheduled by the Manager.* Communicate with Traders, Client Service teams, Brokers, and Custodians to investigate and resolve trade-related queries through Calling them proactively.**The Experience You Bring*** 5 to 8 Years Investment Operations Industry Experience* Excellent Knowledge of Global Investment Products is required.* Strong understanding of SMA processes and the full trade lifecycle.* Proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills.* Open-minded, flexible, and willing to listen to other people’s opinions.* Good Understanding of Quality and process improvement concepts* Excellent analytical and numerical skills.* Strong oral and written communication skills.* Proficiency in MS Excel, and other MS Office tools.**Academic requirements*** MBA or any other Professional qualification with Finance as Major Specialization.# **Full Time / Part Time**Full time# **Worker Type**Employee# **Job Exempt (Yes / No)**No# **Workplace Model**At Invesco, our workplace model supports our culture and meets the needs of our clients while providing flexibility our employees value.
