Job summary

Invesco Hyderabad is seeking an Administrator-2 to perform cash and positions reconciliations across internal and external data sets. You will research discrepancies on IBOR, ABOR and OMS and ensure timely resolution, with adherence to SLAs and KPIs.

As part of a global team, you will monitor cash levels, assist in preparing reconciliation reports, and update procedures with custodians and internal stakeholders. A 1–3 year background in capital markets is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in global capital markets.
• Experience in portfolio reconciliations and middle office is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform cash and positions reconciliations between internal and external data sets.
• Research reconciliation discrepancies on IBOR, ABOR and OMS in a timely manner and assist in resolution.
• Adhere to SLAs and KPIs; communicate/escalate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Accurate and timely processing of cash flows onto IBOR and OMS.
• Monitor cash levels on assigned portfolios and report overdrawn accounts.
• Prepare, review, and analyze reconciliation reports; maintain documentation with custodians and counterparties.

Your Role

As an Administrator-2 you are responsible for performing cash and positions reconciliations between internal and external data sets. Research reconciliation discrepancies on IBOR, ABOR and OMS in a timely manner and assist in resolution. Adherence to established SLAs and KPIs, effective and timely communication / escalation with both internal and external stakeholders. Accurate and timely processing of cash flows onto respective IBOR and OMS. Monitor cash levels on assigned portfolios to report any overdrawn accounts. Assist team members in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing reconciliation reports. Maintain and update documentation on reconciliation procedures along with custodians, counterparties, and internal stakeholders contacts.

The Experience You Bring

1-3 Years of knowledge of global capital markets and has preferably worked in Portfolio Reconciliations and Middle Office in Investment Services area Working knowledge of tools such as Aladdin, TLM, CRD, and/or CRIMS Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment with moderate supervision Ability to analyze numerical data with attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with emphasis on MS Excel Should be team player and contribute towards creating a cohesive environment Willingness to participate in the development and enhancement of the process

Academic requirements

BCOM, BBA and any professional qualification with Finance as the major Specialization. Any additional certifications or training related to Capital Market and Investment Banking operations will be a plus.
