Responsibilities

• Actively participate in process training to gain subject matter expertise and seek clarification when required.
• Assess client requests, refer to departmental guides, research applicable procedures, and determine processing steps.
• Follow departmental policies and procedures while completing assigned work.
• Take complete ownership and accountability for assigned work, keeping management informed of critical matters.
• Adhere to and exceed quality, productivity, and efficiency metrics defined by the department.
• Collaborate with team members, trainers, coordinators, and onshore partners.
