Qualifications

• 5–8 years in automation with infrastructure and process automation experience.
• Strong incident management and problem-solving skills (L2/L3 support).
• Hands-on experience with Python, ServiceNow, Power Automate, AWX/Ansible.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid environments.
• Experience with CI/CD, monitoring tools, and system integrations.
• Strong ownership mindset with ability to operate in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
