Invesco (India) Private Limited - SEZ Unit is seeking candidates for a client service processing role. You will analyze, research, and process client requests across multiple systems to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion, while upholding department policies and controls.
The role requires understanding of mutual fund basics, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.

Analyze, research, and process client requests in accordance with established procedures, utilizing internal resources and multiple systems to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of work. Evaluate inquiries, exceptions, rejected transactions, and service-related issues to determine priority, urgency, and appropriate resolution while exercising sound judgment and decision-making. Conduct account research, process financial and non-financial transactions, and coordinate with internal teams as needed to resolve requests accurately and within established service standards. Assess client requests, interpret procedural guidelines, and determine appropriate processing actions while ensuring adherence to departmental policies, controls, and service standards. Take ownership and accountability for assigned work, proactively escalating critical issues, risks, or concerns when appropriate. Monitor and maintain quality, productivity, efficiency, and turnaround standards established by the department, while continuously incorporating feedback to improve performance and reduce errors. Document inquiries, complaints, resolutions, and communication activities accurately and thoroughly in accordance with recordkeeping and compliance requirements. Initiate outbound communications, where required, to obtain information, clarify requests, or facilitate issue resolution, ensuring all interactions are appropriately documented. Contribute to team goals, operational excellence initiatives, process improvements, daily team forums, and departmental projects that enhance service delivery and efficiency. Maintain and enhance subject matter expertise through ongoing learning, training, and cross-skilling opportunities to support evolving business and client needs. Collaborate effectively with team members, management, trainers, coordinators, onshore partners, and other business areas to support operational objectives and deliver a high-quality client experience. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance preferred. Minimum 50% or equivalent CGPA/CQPI throughout 10th, 12th or Diploma, and undergraduate studies.
