In this role, you will take ownership of complex calendars and schedules, anticipate stakeholder needs, coordinate activities across multiple times zones, and manage confidential information with professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion.
As an Administrative Assistant (AA), you will provide high-quality administrative and operational support to multiple senior stakeholders across global regions, including APAC, EMESA, and the US. You will serve as a trusted business partner, enabling stakeholders to operate effectively by proactively managing day-to-day administrative priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
By providing seamless administrative support, you will help maximize stakeholder productivity and enable leaders to focus on strategic and value-added priorities.
You will collaborate closely with Administrative Assistants and business support colleagues across BCG's global organization to ensure seamless coverage, knowledge sharing, and consistent service delivery. As business needs evolve, you may also provide backup support and undertake additional responsibilities assigned by your manager.
