What You'll Do
This position serves as key secretarial and administrative support to MDs and Partners. You will manage their demanding schedules, coordinate business activities, act with initiative and discretion, and collaborate with other secretaries in India. Over time, you’ll grow in the role, learning new tasks, improving established ones, integrating best practices, and adapting to the changing needs of the Principals and Partners you support.

Calendar, meeting, and travel management
- Actively manages the calendars for assigned MDs and Partners, offering alternatives and trade‑offs to optimize their time.
- Proactively follows up on emails and determines the next steps from a scheduling standpoint.
- Organizes travel arrangements, including directions, commuting, ground transportation, passport and visa processing.

Supports business development activities
- Manages and administers client contact/database, ensuring accuracy and timely input.
- Handles telephone answering and screening, including cold calls for the assigned Practice Area.

Supports case works
- Prepares timesheet and expense reports for assigned MDs and Partners per company guidelines.
- Maintains updated profile for Principals and Partners, translating resumes as needed.

Other responsibilities and team contributions
- Assists with administrative tasks such as reimbursements, medical insurance claims, travel‑day tracking for tax filing, memoranda, slide decks, etc.
What You'll Bring
- Any graduation degree.
- 12‑16 years of secretarial experience in professional services or multinational companies.
- Proficient in handling reception operations.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with all staff levels.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to set priorities, attention to detail, and tenacity with follow‑ups.
- Conveys a strong positive personal and professional image with high ethical standards.
- Team player, highly motivated, energetic, resourceful, and friendly.
- Service‑oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
