Administration Executive (Preferred Male)
Key Responsibilities
Maintain an organized reception area and ensure office supplies are adequately stocked.
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Manage petty cash for office assistants and self, verifying cash vouchers for all staff before submission to the finance team.
Oversee office facility and infrastructure maintenance including pantry services, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work etc.
Support HR Team by handling activities including employee onboarding with seating arrangements, desktop/laptop allocation, employee ID cards and maintaining employee records.
Supervise housekeeping staff, security personnel, and cleaning staff to ensure premises remain clean and hygienic at all times.
Collect all bills and rents of properties and arrange them in respective folders.
Maintain cash register.
Track and add all bills and voucher physical copies to folder and photo copies in accounts folder.
Provide CA with TDS details and transaction details.
Send form 16A to candidates quarterly once received from CA.
Maintain attendance log weekly for ESSL.
Monitor gym attendance.
Manage office boys.
Procure groceries, toiletry items and other shopping.
Check WFH log sheets.
Manage rental properties – rent collection and all bills (electricity, maintenance & property tax).
