Job summary

Aon India’s actuarial team in Bangalore supports global reinsurance analytics. The Actuarial Analyst will join hybrid work by collaborating with onshore leads to refine renewal analytics, run experience studies, and build pricing exhibits for client-ready output.

You will perform exposure rating, credibility blending, and structured scenario testing, partnering with global colleagues to standardize modeling workflows and drive decision quality.

Qualifications

• 2–9 years of experience in P&C pricing or reinsurance analytics.
• 2–5 actuarial exams passed preferred.
• Strong experience with R, Python, SQL.
• Familiarity with reinsurance structures (quota share, XoL, etc.).
• Ability to explain technical results in structured business language.

Responsibilities

Aon India’s team supports Aon's global reinsurance broking business. Working alongside actuarial teams in North America, UK, and EMEA, the team plays a critical role contributing to renewal analytics, portfolio insights, and standardized modeling workflows.

You will perform experience analysis, exposure rating, credibility blending, and structured scenario testing, partnering closely with onshore actuarial leads.
