The role involves end-to-end analytics, scenario modeling, and contributing to automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of actuarial experience, strong technical skills in R and Python, and the ability to communicate effectively across global teams. The position offers a full-time in-office work model with a commitment to diversity and sustainability.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in P&C pricing or reinsurance actuarial.
• Strong technical skills in R/Python.
• Exposure to reinsurance pricing or portfolio analytics preferred.
• Experience with reinsurance pricing, portfolio analytics, or broker environments is preferred.
• Strong willingness to learn quickly and take ownership.
• Excellent communication across global time zones.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE

Assist onshore catastrophe management managers in assessing catastrophe risks, carrying out sensitivity studies, and providing added analytics to clients. Delivery ownership, advanced analytics, and rapid scale‑up into an Aon standard bearer
