Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd is looking for an Acquisition Manager – RL Sales in India to drive retail loan customer acquisition through DSAs, connectors, and direct sourcing. You will manage channel partnerships, coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams, and work toward monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loans, LAP, and personal loans.

You will generate leads, ensure documentation and KYC compliance, track loan applications, and deliver excellent customer service while building

• Track and update the status of loan applications to customers and partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly.
