Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking an Acquisition Manager – RL Sales to drive retail loan customer acquisition through direct and indirect channels in India. The role focuses on sourcing, lead generation, and maintaining compliant, efficient loan processing with internal teams.

You will manage channel partners, ensure KYC compliance, and strive to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers for retail loan products through DSAs, connectors, and direct sourcing.
• Generate leads through market activities, referrals, and cold calling.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to KYC norms as per company guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams including credit, operations, legal, and technical for smooth processing of loan applications.
• Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and ensure consistent business flow.
• Track and update the status of loan applications to customers and partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly.
