Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Manager in Human Resource Transformation (T&O) to lead HR strategy and transformation initiatives across multiple locations. This role requires deep HR operating model design, competency-based talent management, and workforce optimization across Gurgaon, Mumbai, and Bengaluru.

The candidate should have a Master’s degree/MBA and a minimum of 8 years post-Masters experience, with strong skills in HR transformation and related design and implementation activities.
