Responsibilities

• Ideate and design creatives per client brief.
• Brief and advise Account Manager and Content Strategist on design style, format, print production, and timescales.
• Determine size, arrangement, font style, and copy for visual material.
• Prepare rough drafts based on agreed brief.
• Create key visuals for campaigns and brands for social media and outdoor media.
• Plan and build campaigns for assigned clients.
• Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.
• Mentor a team of visualizers and help develop future leaders.
• Manage work allocation and lead team effectively.
• Upsell to existing clients and contribute to new business acquisition and pitches.
