Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Art Director (ACD) with 7-9 years of experience, preferably in a creative digital agency.
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to lead by example.
• Proficient with Photoshop and Illustrator, and knowledgeable of After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Strong multitasking capability and seeking an enriching and challenging role.

• Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
• Ideate and design creatives according to the client's brief along with the team.
• Brief and advise Account Managers and Content Strategists on design style, format, print production, and timelines.
• Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material, copy, and font style and size.
• Prepare rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief.
• Prepare key visuals for campaigns and brands for social media or outdoor media.
• Mentor a team of Visualizers and Senior Visualizers, guiding them in visual aesthetics and communication.
• Manage work allocation and lead the team.
• Plan and build campaigns for the given set of clients.
• Upsell to existing clients.
• Sustain new business acquisition through pitches and innovative ideas.
• Review final layouts and suggest improvements when necessary.
• Respond to creative feedback with yes, no, or wow – aim for wow.
