Job summary

A manufacturing company in Bhiwandi is urgently seeking an Accounts & Taxation Executive with 6-7 years of experience. The role requires Graduate or Post Graduate qualifications and strong knowledge of GST and TDS along with ERP and MS Excel proficiency.

Prior exposure to manufacturing/plant accounting is preferred. Responsibilities include handling day-to-day accounting, managing AP/AR, GST compliance, monthly closing, MIS reporting, GST returns, tax notices, audits, and coordination with

• Strong knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Experience in manufacturing/plant accounting preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
• Manage AP, AR, bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny and monthly closing.
• Prepare MIS, financial reports and account schedules.
• Handle GST, TDS and other applicable statutory compliances.
• Prepare GST returns and perform GSTR-2B / ITC reconciliation.
• Monitor vendor GST compliance and follow up for discrepancies.
• Handle tax notices, assessments and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with statutory, internal and tax auditors.
• Support inventory accounting, purchase/sales reconciliation and manufacturing expense accounting.
• Prepare management reports and ensure timely payment and filing of statutory dues.
