Job summary

Adept Global in Mumbai seeks an experienced Accounts & Finance professional to independently manage day-to-day accounting, taxation, reporting and financial controls for a manufacturing/printing setup.

You will lead month-end close, GST and TDS compliances, MIS reporting, cash flow management, and coordinate with auditors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate financials. 8–13 years of experience with B.Com/M.Com preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, MIS, and audits.
• Experience with AP/AR, reconciliations and month-end closing.
• Proficient in Tally/ERP and MS Excel; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle complete accounting including AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Manage P2P, vendor payments, customer receivables and ageing follow-ups.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance professional to independently manage day-to-day accounting, taxation, reporting and financial controls for a manufacturing/printing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete accounting including AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliations and month-end closing.
• Manage P2P, vendor payments, customer receivables and ageing follow-ups.
• Prepare monthly MIS, P&L, Balance Sheet, cash flow and fund flow reports.
• Handle GST, TDS and other statutory compliances.
• Conduct bank, vendor, customer and GST reconciliations.
• Coordinate with statutory, internal and tax auditors and support finalization of accounts.
• Manage fixed asset accounting, inventory-related accounting and CWIP, where applicable.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, Stores, Production and Management for finance-related matters.
• Support working capital, cash flow and banking activities.
• Guide junior team members and ensure timely completion of finance activities.

Preferred

• B.Com / M.Com with 8–13 years of Accounts & Finance experience.
• Manufacturing/Printing industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, AP/AR, MIS, reconciliations and audits.
• Good working knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
