Job summary

Nexdigm (SKP) is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to manage AR processes within the O2C cycle. The role involves invoicing, cash application, debt collection, and maintaining customer master data, with hands-on Excel and SAP experience.

The candidate should have 2–5 years in AR, a B.Com/M.Com/MBA, and a collaborative mindset to drive efficiency and change.

Qualifications

• Understanding of accounts receivable and O2C cycle requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Excel and ERP systems such as SAP.
• 2–5 years of prior exposure to AR processes in a corporate setup.
• Proactive teamwork and drive for process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Handle AR responsibilities including invoicing, cash application and collections.
• Manage Sales Order processing and Customer Master updates.
• Support credit control, debt collection and dispute resolutions as needed.
• Collaborate with finance and operations to improve AR efficiency.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Your job responsibilities will include,

• Required to have a good knowledge of transaction processing
• Understanding of concepts of accounts receivable and the complete cycle of O2C
• Understanding about the various aspects of Accounts Receivable process for e.g: - Sales order processing, Customer Master Maintenance, Cash Application, Debt Collection, Credit notes etc.
• Comfortable working on excel and hands on experience on working on any ERP e.g. SAP.
