Digitide Solutions Limited is seeking an AR Executive to manage accounts receivable, invoice customers, and chase payments. The role involves resolving disputes with internal teams, updating SAP, and ensuring timely transaction closure.

You will handle direct end-to-end accounts, including field visits, and target monthly collection goals. The ideal candidate has strong English communication, experience with corporate customers, solid Excel skills, and a preference for candidates with

Responsabilités

• Sending invoices to customers and following up for payments as per PTP.
• Resolving customer disputes by coordinating with internal teams and updating SAP for interactions.

Role: - AR Executive (Account Receivable Executive)

Location: - Bangalore, Pune & Gandhinagar

Job Description:

• Sending invoices to Customers, following up with Customers for payments as per PTP.
• Resolving Customer disputes if any by coordinating with internal departments, Updating SAP for every unique interaction.
• Ensuring Transaction Feedback is closed within timelines.
• Achieving Monthly Collection Target.
• Should handle direct end to end accounts along with Field Visit as per customer request.
• Reconciliation from Customer end for payment clarity.
• Should be able to Handle high end customers.

5. Candidate with some prior work exp in Collections would be preferred.
