Job summary

Confidential requires an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to manage customer balances, ledgers, and collections in Bengaluru. You will follow up on overdue payments via calls, emails, and WhatsApp, visit client sites, and coordinate with the Sales team for projections and settlements.

The role demands 6–8 years of relevant experience, strong ledger skills, and fluency in English, Hindi, Kannada and Tamil.

Qualifications

• Commerce graduate (B.Com) is preferred.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proficient in Tally ERP with billing, entries and ledger management.
• Strong knowledge of ledger reconciliation and accounting procedures.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations for payment follow-ups.
• Must communicate in English, Hindi, Kannada, and Tamil (spoken).

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer outstanding balances and prepare periodic receivables reports.
