Aatral Hr Consulting is seeking an AR Caller for Voice Process (Denial Management) to support US healthcare providers across Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Madurai and Trichy. Immediate joiners preferred.

The role focuses on AR follow-up, denial management, claim status, appeals, and payment posting coordination, with targets for productivity and quality. Previous experience in physician and hospital billing is required.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in US Healthcare AR Calling /voice process is mandatory.
• Experience: 1-5 years (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up for US healthcare providers.
• Work on Denial Management, claim status follow-up, appeals, and payment posting coordination.
• Resolve denied, rejected, and underpaid claims by interacting with insurance companies.
• Experience in Physician Billing and Hospital Billing is required.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
