The role focuses on AR, medical billing, denial management, claims follow-up, and collections. Candidates must interact with US insurers and work in a US shift. The position is based in Navi Mumbai (Airoli).

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in denial resolution, payment posting, and end-to-end revenue cycle activities with excellent communication skills.

Strong expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR), Medical Billing, Denial Management, Denial Resolution, Insurance Claims Follow-up, Payment Posting, Collections, and Revenue Cycle Management. Candidates should have hands‑on experience interacting with US insurance providers, resolving denied claims, following up on outstanding receivables, and maximizing reimbursements. Excellent communication skills and experience in a US Healthcare Voice Process are essential. Candidates willing to work in US shifts from Airoli are preferred.
