Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist with NetSuite to manage invoicing, cash application, and receivables across multiple Indian offices.

You will monitor outstanding balances, follow up with customers, generate AR aging reports, and support month-end close while maintaining accurate NetSuite records.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in accounting or finance, 2+ years AR experience (5+ years for seniors), strong Excel skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years AR experience; 5+ years for seniors; NetSuite ERP preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR processes.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with US customers is a plus.
