Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist with NetSuite experience to join its finance team.

The role covers invoicing, cash application, collections, and month-end support across India locations (Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Noida) with a work-from-office setup. You will collaborate with sales and customer service to ensure billing accuracy, maintain AR records, and assist audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years AR experience (5+ for seniors) with NetSuite preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process customer invoices and ensure timely dispatch.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Apply customer payments in NetSuite accurately (cash application).
• Handle customer queries and resolve disputes in a timely manner.
• Generate AR aging reports and support month-end closing activities.
