Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist with NetSuite expertise to join our finance team in Noida, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai or Kolkata (WFO).

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of AR experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, strong MS Excel skills and good communication. Experience with NetSuite ERP is preferred.

You will process invoices, apply payments, monitor aging, assist audits and work with sales to ensure billing accuracy and timely collections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years AR experience, 5+ for seniors, preferably with NetSuite ERP.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and AR processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Process customer invoices and ensure timely dispatch.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Apply customer payments in NetSuite accurately (cash application).
• Handle customer queries and resolve disputes in a timely manner.
• Generate AR aging reports and support month-end closing activities.
