Job summary

Otis is seeking an experienced professional to join the Travel Expense CoE in Bengaluru. You will lead end-to-end TE operations, ensuring policy compliance and optimal service delivery across global regions.

The role requires 8–11 years in Finance Operations, SAP Concur experience, and strong analytical skills with Excel and reporting tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, commerce, accounting is mandatory.
• MBA or related postgraduate qualification preferrred.
• 8–11 years in Finance Operations, Shared Services, or GBS/GCC.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience supporting SAP Concur.
• Experience leading teams and managing global stakeholders across regions/time zones.
• Exposure to process transitions, transformation, or automation initiatives is preferred.
• Strong expertise in SAP Concur Expense and Travel; strong analytical skills with Excel and reporting tools.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented professional to be a part of the Travel Expense (TE) CoE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end TE processes, policy compliance, audit, controls, stakeholder management, and process improvement. Experience with SAP Concur, AppZen, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint is an added advantage. This role requires excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and enhance employee experience.

What you will need to be successful
