Job Description

We are hiring Accounts Payable Analysts with at least 1 year of relevant experience in Accounts Payable (AP) operations. Candidates must have a graduation degree in Commerce or Finance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounts Payable Operations

• Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and in accordance with company policies.
• Verify invoice coding, approvals, and supporting documents.
• Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies, including PO mismatches and price/quantity variances.
• Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on outstanding payments.

2. Vendor & Stakeholder Support

• Handle vendor and internal stakeholder queries related to invoices and payments.
• Manage shared email inboxes and ensure timely responses.

3. Reporting & Analysis

• Support month-end closing activities, AP reporting, and analysis.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
• Assist with audits by providing the required documentation.

4. Process Improvement & Compliance

• Follow internal financial controls, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Support process standardization and optimization.
• Participate in system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
