• Reconcile vendor statements and follow up on outstanding items.
• Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors regarding invoice status, payments, and issue resolution.
• Manage shared inboxes, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Support month-end close activities, AP analysis and reporting.
• Identify trends in recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
• Assist with audit requests by providing documentation and explanations as needed.
• Support standardization and optimization of Shared Services processes.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Shared Services Analyst to join our Accounts Payable (AP) team. In this role, you will support the end to end AP process, ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Shared Services. Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable Operations
