Job summary

Tringapps Research Labs in Chennai is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional with NetSuite expertise and 7+ years of hands-on domain experience. The role concentrates on accurate AP invoice processing, adherence to SLAs, and proactive stakeholder communication.

Preference will be given to candidates with exposure to SAP, Ariba, or OpenText VIM and who can maintain high-quality deliverables while managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in AP invoice processing.
• Experience handling US customer tax certificates is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in ERP / NetSuite with other applications preferred (SAP/Ariba/Open Text VIM).

Responsibilities

• Process AP invoices and credits timely and accurately.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and quality deliverables.
• Manage stakeholder calls and understand requirements to action.
• Maintain dashboards reporting metrics (optional).
• Reduce escalations from suppliers and stakeholders.
• Contribute to knowledge of additional AP functions (vendor recon, quality audit).
• Support other tasks as needed by the AP function.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• 1. Processing AP invoices, credits. Completing productivity timely.
• 2. Compliant with SLAs
• 3. Attaining 100% quality deliverables
• 4. Stakeholder Management – Ability to attend calls with stakeholders, understanding their requirement & actioning accordingly.
• 5. Zero escalations from suppliers, stakeholders, key contacts.
• 6. Able to work on dashboards reporting metrics (optional)
• 7. Knowledge of other AP functionalities is added advantage (Vendor recon, Quality audit, Query handling) Optional
