Note :- No Accounts Receivable

ROLE OBJECTIVE

This position will report to the Process Delivery Supervisor and be a member of the Accounts Payable team, focusing on invoice processing and discrepancy management.

The primary objective of this role is to perform accounting and clerical duties related to the efficient and accurate processing of Accounts Payable transactions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process invoices accurately and on time in accordance with company policies and controls within the Accounts Payable function.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of PO and Non-PO invoice processing.
• Investigate and resolve invoice mismatches in the system.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the accurate and efficient processing of supplier invoices.
• Perform monthly and periodic reconciliations.
• Implement proactive controls to prevent errors.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Accounts Payable function and incorporate improvements into daily work routines.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other statutory requirements applicable to local markets.
• Maintain a robust compliance environment by adhering to applicable policies, procedures, and processes.

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Experience & Technical Knowledge

• 3-8 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable.
• Good understanding of Accounts Payable processes and associated technology platforms.
• Experience working with ERP systems and practical knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Experience in the diversified industrial products or manufacturing industry is preferred.
