Job summary

Kiya.ai is seeking candidates in Navi Mumbai for an expense/invoice processing role. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience, can join immediately, and will handle claims, invoices, and related accounting tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Role includes processing tax bookings, GL activities, and month-end closures, with SAP knowledge being an added advantage. Excellent analytical skills and client management are required.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in finance/ accounting process roles.
• Knowledge of Indian accounting standards and SAP is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with focus on accuracy and time targets.

Responsibilities

• Process expense claims or invoices with high accuracy and turnaround time (TAT).
• Identify process risks and propose mitigation solutions.
• Manage client queries and provide solutions to issues.
• Think creatively on process improvements.
• Good knowledge of Indian accounting; SAP familiarity is a plus.
• Perform tax booking, GL processing, reconciliation, and month-end closing.
