Job summary

Tech Tonics is seeking an Accounts Executive focused on Accounts Payable and Tally expertise. The role involves processing vendor invoices, managing payments and reconciliations, and ensuring GST/TDS accuracy. Based in Sector 50, Gurgaon, the candidate will work 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM with Saturday/Sunday off.

Ideal candidates have a B.Com with substantial experience in accounting, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication. Prior manufacturing exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• B.Com degree required.
• 24 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in manufacturing industry is implied by note, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, purchase bills and expense entries in Tally.
• Manage vendor payments, outstanding balances and vendor reconciliations.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist with GST, TDS and input tax credit reconciliation.
• Prepare accounts payable ageing reports and monthly MIS.
• Maintain invoices, vouchers and supporting documents for audits.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.

Skills:

• Hands-on experience in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable and general accounting.
• Understanding of GST, TDS and invoice verification.
• Experience in Vendor Reconciliation and Bank Reconciliation.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS Reporting.
• Strong numerical accuracy, analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
