Job summary

Holcim Global Hub Services Private Limited in India (Airoli, Navi Mumbai) is seeking an early-career accounts professional to handle invoice processing, tax compliance, and reconciliations in a full-time role. Shifts run 11:30 AM–8:30 PM with home drop and 6:00 AM–3:00 PM with home pick-up facilities. Experience: 0–3 years in accounting or finance roles.

• Checking, clearing and processing of invoices for categories including bulk material, Capex, services and transportation, ensuring delivery of services within KPIs and SLAs.
• Ensuring accuracy and quality, applying appropriate taxes (TDS etc).
• Handling exceptions like adjustments for standard scenarios and mismatched invoices.
• Conducting 3-way / 2-way matches.
• Performing vendor and account reconciliations, month-end activities; GRIR review; creation of provisions.

Responsibilities

• Checking, clearing and processing of Invoices for all categories like bulk material, Capex, Services, Transportation etc. and ensure that overall delivery of services is within agreed KPIs and SLAs.


• Ensuring accuracy and quality, application of appropriate taxes, TDS etc.


• Exception handling like adjustments based on standard exception scenarios, mismatched invoices.


• Conducting 3-way / 2-way matches


• Performing vendor and account reconciliations, Month-end activities; GRIR review; creation of provisions etc.


• Ensuring compliance / adherence of internal controls.


• Statutory requirements.


• Ensuring compliance of QA framework.


• Preparing schedules for statutory, internal Audits and interacting with auditors.


• Resolve vendor / customer queries and root cause analysis.
