Job summary

Adam&EveInc in India seeks an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee accounting, finance, taxation, compliance, audits, reporting, and financial operations across its group companies in IT, Telecom, and Food & Beverage.

The role requires a hands-on finance professional who ensures compliance, strengthens controls, and coordinates with management, auditors, banks and consultants. CA/CMA/ACCA qualifications are advantageous; 3–5 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• CA / CMA / ACCA qualifications or partly qualified candidates would be an advantage.

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage accounting, finance, taxation, compliance, audits, reporting, and financial operations across multiple group companies operating in IT, Telecom, and Food & Beverage.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Indian accounting, GST, taxation, MIS reporting, audits, financial controls, cash flow management, and compliance, along with an understanding of fundraising and basic international accounting.

The role requires a hands‑on finance professional who can independently manage financial operations, ensure compliance, strengthen financial controls, and coordinate effectively with management, auditors, banks, consultants, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3- 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Experience managing finance operations for multiple companies or business units is preferred.
• CA / CMA / ACCA qualification or partly qualified candidates would be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting practices, GST, taxation, audits, MIS, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Strong Excel, accounting software, and ERP skills.
• Good communication, coordination, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and take end-to-end ownership.
