Job summary

Sightspectrum in Pune invites an experienced Senior Accountant to manage financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support strategic decision-making in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee general ledger, AP, AR, monthly/quarterly/annual statements, and coordinate with internal/external auditors while monitoring cash flow and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA/Inter CA preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP).
• Advanced MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage financial

operations, ensure compliance, and support business decision-making. The ideal candidate

should have strong expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting, and experience

working in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable
