Job summary

Della Group in Lonavala, Maharashtra, seeks a seasoned Head of Finance to oversee budgeting, accounting, financial planning, taxation, and compliance, driving efficiency and profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, GST/Tax expertise, ERP proficiency, and a track record of strategic financial management in luxury hospitality. Reporting to the COO, the position offers leadership over the Finance & Accounts team.

Qualifications

• Qualified finance professional with relevant degree.
• Demonstrated leadership in financial planning and control.
• Experience in hospitality or luxury segments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, cash flow statements, and MIS reports.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and cost control across departments.
• Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory audits, and applicable regulations.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll coordination, and working capital.
• Lead internal and external audits and strengthen financial controls.
• Coordinate with senior management on financial planning.
• Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Head of Finance to oversee the organisation’s financial operations, budgeting, accounting, financial planning, taxation, and compliance while ensuring financial efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day finance, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, cash flow statements, and MIS reports.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and cost control across departments.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory audits, and applicable regulations.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, payroll coordination, and working capital.
• Lead internal and external audits and strengthen financial controls.
• Coordinate with senior management and department heads on financial planning.
• Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.

Job Expectations:

Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Proficiency in ERP systems, advanced Excel, and financial MIS reporting.

Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.

Minimum Qualification:

CA / CMA / MBA in Finance or M.Com from a recognised institution.

Minimum Job Experience:

10–15 years of relevant experience, preferably in luxury hotels, resorts, or hospitality groups.
