Job summary

Multiplier AI in Noida is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance professional to manage day-to-day accounting and financial records. You will work hands-on with Zoho Books to handle reconciliations, reporting, and routine operations in a fast-paced startup/corporate environment.

The role requires 1–4 years experience, a finance degree, and strong Excel skills, with GST/TDS knowledge preferred. On-site position with growth opportunities and close collaboration with management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, B.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), or related field.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Hands-on knowledge of Zoho Books is mandatory.
• Clear understanding of fundamental accounting concepts, journal entries, ledgers, debits/credits, reconciliation, AP, and AR.
• Good understanding of financial processes, reporting, expense management, cash flow, and basic financial analysis.
• GST and TDS knowledge preferred.
• MS Excel: working knowledge for financial data management, reconciliation, reporting, and analysis.
• Prior experience in a startup or corporate environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
• Perform reconciliations, reporting, and routine accounting operations independently.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Ensure compliance with GST and TDS where applicable.
• Collaborate with internal teams in a fast-paced startup/corporate environment.

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Accounts & Finance professional to manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities in our Noida office. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, hands-on experience with Zoho Books, and the ability to manage financial records, reconciliations, reporting, and routine accounting operations independently.

The candidate should have experience working in a startup or corporate environment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple responsibilities.

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, B.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), or a related field.

• Zoho Books: Strong practical knowledge and hands-on experience with Zoho Books is mandatory.
• Accounting Knowledge: Clear understanding of fundamental accounting concepts, journal entries, ledgers, debits/credits, reconciliation, AP, and AR.
• Finance Knowledge: Good understanding of financial processes, reporting, expense management, cash flow, and basic financial analysis.
• Taxation Knowledge: Basic understanding of GST and TDS will be preferred.
• MS Excel: Working knowledge of Excel for financial data management, reconciliation, reporting, and analysis.
• Work Environment: Prior experience working in a startup or corporate environment is preferred.
