Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting, receivables, and vendor payments.
• Prepare weekly cash flow and payment position reports for management.
• Maintain receivables ageing and outstanding records.
• Handle GST returns, GST reconciliation, and e-way bills in coordination with the Chartered Accountant.
• Perform bank reconciliation and manage TDS-related compliance.
• Verify purchase invoices against purchase orders and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs).
• Assist with month-end closing and maintain accurate financial records.
• Coordinate with customers regarding warranty, AMC, and chargeable replacement parts.
