Job summary

CapActix Business Solutions is seeking an Accounts Executive - US to manage US accounting processes. Location options include Ahmedabad, Chennai, and Nashik, with a night shift schedule. 1–2 years of relevant experience and strong Excel/QuickBooks proficiency are required.

The role involves daily accounting updates, reconciliations, client interactions with CPA firms in the USA, and preparation of financial reports. Immediate joiner preferred with a full-time employment arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in Commerce or equivalent with US accounting exposure.
• Experience in US KPO preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and QuickBooks.
• Proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle US accounting end-to-end for clients.
• Daily update of accounts in accounting software.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Prepare month-end/year-end adjustments and posting journals.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including aging analyses.
• Prepare various financial reports and basic tax returns.

Position Name: Accounts Executive - US

Job Location: Ahmedabad / Chennai / Nashik

Experience: 1-2 Years

Shift Timing: 06:00 PM - 03:30 AM / 02:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Description:

• Minimum 1-3 years' experience in US accounting and must be proficient with QBO
• Update the accounts and transactions every day in the accounting software
• Monthly Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations
• Trust Account reconciliation (specific to law firms)
• Directly working with clients including CPA firms in the USA.
• Calculation of posting of month-end/year-end adjustments such as Accrued Interest, Provision of expenses, Accrued Income, Pre-paid expenses, Deferred Income, etc.
• Posting journals for the payroll and various taxes such as sales & use tax, property tax, income tax, etc.
• Accounts Payable management including AP aging analysis
• Accounts receivable management including AR aging analysis
• Contract-wise & class-wise profit and loss maintenance
• Preparation of various financial reports
• Preparation of basic Tax Returns
• Able to work in night shit 6 pm to 3:30 am

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Inter CA, US CMA.
• Prior experience in US KPO is preferred.
• Well versed with Microsoft Excel, OneDrive, PDF, and other office tools.
• Proficiency in English is must

• Ability to and comfort with communicating with clients
• Good payroll and Sales tax knowledge will be added advantage

• Experience in US domain
