Responsibilities

• Keep tracking on collection and outstanding payments of Distributors on daily basis.
• Investigating discrepancies between payments and invoices, and adjusting billing records to maintain accurate ledgers.
• Generating daily/monthly reports to management regarding distributor collection status and cash flow forecasts.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime and Advanced MS Excel formulas.
• Maintaining accurate daily book entries and ledger statements for distributors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

RECEIVABLES

• Keep tracking on collection and outstanding payments of Distributors on daily basis. Daily follow-ups on outstanding. Identify the overdue accounts and coordinate with sales team.

ACCOUNT RECONCILIATION

• Investigating discrepancies between payments and invoices, and adjusting billing records to maintain accurate and balanced financial ledgers.

REPORTING

• Generating daily / monthly reports to management regarding the distributor's collection status, outstanding balances, and overall cash flow forecasts.

SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY

• Proficiency in Tally Prime, Advanced knowledge of MS Excel formulas.

LEDGERS

• Maintaining accurate daily book entries. Providing ledger statement to the distributors and arrange for ledger confirmation.

PAYEES

• Verifying vendor bills, documents and processing payments, Debit Notes and Credit Notes, etc.

TAXATION

• Knowledge of GST Returns, TDS, and tax filings.

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance

Experience:

2-5 years in a core accounting role
