Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting entries, reconciliations, GST, TDS, bank transactions, and Tally Prime while ensuring accuracy in day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify invoices and supporting documents before processing.
• Pass accounting entries in Tally Prime, including Purchase, Sales, Bank, Expense, Journal, and Contra entries.
• Record TDS entries with the correct sections and rates.
• Post GST transactions (Input & Output) and maintain supporting records.
• Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
• Handle vendor, customer, inter-company, and 26AS reconciliations.
• Prepare and file Professional Tax (PT) returns.
• Process online payments through banking portals.
• Maintain ledgers, vouchers, bills, and accounting records.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for payment and reconciliation-related queries.
• Support month-end/year-end closing activities and statutory/internal audits.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Professional Tax (PT), and Bank Reconciliation.

Eligibility

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent Commerce qualification.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Candidates with strong accounting fundamentals and practical exposure to Tally Prime will be preferred.
