Job summary

Nurture Aerospace Mumbai is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial transactions and assist the finance team with reporting and compliance. This onsite position offers exposure to invoices, ledgers, and budgeting activities in a dynamic aerospace environment.

The candidate should be at entry level with hands-on experience in MS Excel and basic accounting processes, ready to learn Tally/Prime and other ERP systems while coordinating with internal teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in basic accounting processes is desirable.
• Familiarity with MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Understanding of financial documents and ledgers helpful.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Prepare and maintain financial documents such as invoices, bills, and ledgers.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support in budget preparation and expense monitoring.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding financial matters.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial data in accounting software (e.g., Tally,QuickBooks, SAP).
• Assist with audits and implement internal financial controls.
