Job summary

Hyatt Place Bharuch is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead accounting and financial operations. The role involves overseeing daily operations, controlling payroll and reconciliations, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance while supporting management decisions with robust financial analysis and ERP system expertise. The position requires 5–10 years in accounting/finance and relevant qualifications.

Qualifications

• Education: a bachelor's in finance/accounting required; MBA/CA preferred for senior roles.
• Experience: 5–10 years in accounting/finance with supervisory/management exposure.
• Technical: strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting; proficiency in ERP and Excel.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Expertise in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are also crucial.
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills are necessary for success in this role.
