Job summary

Asian Hires is seeking an experienced Finance/Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations, supervise the accounting team, and ensure accurate financial reporting and timely book closures in Vadodara.

You will oversee AP, GL, fixed assets, and intercompany accounting, drive monthly closings using Oracle NetSuite and QuickBooks, prepare KPI dashboards, and support audits and statutory compliance. Strong Excel and English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance, including 2–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong corporate accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
• Excellent Excel skills and strong English communication.
• Oracle NetSuite experience highly preferred; exposure to QuickBooks, SAP, or Tally is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work in different shifts and on Indian holidays when required.
