Job summary

Flex is seeking a Senior Analyst - GBS Master Data Management in Pune, India to support vendor master data and pricing workflows. You will create and maintain vendor records and ensure pricing accuracy, while delivering timely reports to stakeholders.

You will collaborate with suppliers and internal teams in a Global Procurement & Supply Chain setting, using BAAN ERP and MS Office. Bachelor's degree and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
• ERP knowledge (BAAN) preferred.
• Exposure to voice process preferred.
• Flexibility to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage transactional interactions with suppliers.
• Work with suppliers and buyer groups to resolve Pricing and other commercial T&Cs
• Provide reports, information, analysis etc., as required, in a timely, professional manner
• Maintain good level of public relations with outside suppliers as well as a strong partnership with internal customers
• Maintain the Vendor Master Records/Updates/New Vendor Setup
• Advise stakeholders of modifications from original requests
• Obtain price and other non-pricing information from approved suppliers

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Senior Analyst - GBS Master Data Management in Pune, India.

The Senior Analyst - GBS Master Data Management performs analysis, provide reports, information to create and maintain vendor master records and updates vendor setup. Additionally, work with suppliers and buyer groups to resolve Pricing.

What a typical day looks like:

• Manage transactional interactions with suppliers.
• Work with suppliers and buyer groups to resolve Pricing and other commercial T&Cs

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree.
• Mandatory Knowledge of computer software applications, MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of ERP (Preferably BAAN) preferred
• Exposure to voice process will be highly preferred
• Flexible to work in Night shifts
